New Learn-to-Row Session Added for August

Back by popular demand! After a very successful summer season, we have added an additional Learn-to-Row session for August. This program is designed for ages 19 and older.

We are excited to teach you the basics of rowing with both on-land and on-water sessions. During the class sessions you and your teammates will learn basic terms of the sport, parts of the boat, the rowing stroke, and safety. At the end of the class, you will have a good feel for the sport and will have had several hours rowing on the beautiful waters of Eagle Harbor.

Scheduled Classes

All classes are held at the BIR Boathouse at Waterfront Park on Bainbridge Island, WA. Following the completion of the class, you will have 2 additional rows with a novice group.
