As a nonprofit organization, BIR benefits from a vast and diverse network of volunteers to keep our equipment in top shape, raise funds, staff events, serve on board committees (such as Safety, Development, and Community Engagement), feed rowers at regattas, and so much more!
Not only is volunteering critical to our success, it’s also a great way to meet people and make connections. The BIR volunteer network includes adult rowers, junior rowers, junior parents, Board members, and community members. Interested in supporting BIR by volunteering your time?
