WINTER SEASON INFO:
Winter Training will be held in two sessions:
Session 1 – begins Monday, November 15th
Session 2 – begins Monday, January 3rd (separate registration OPENING SOON)
WINTER TRAINING SESSION 2 – Open to all students in grades 9-12 (or current 8th grade rowers)
DATES: Monday – Friday, 1/3/22 – 1/28/22 (off on 1/17 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day)
TIMES:
NOVICES
Mon/Wed erging @ BIR Boathouse; 3:35 – 4:45 for Novice Girls / 4:45 – 5:45 for Novice Boys
Tue/Thu 3:45 – 5:00 conditioning @ Elevate
Friday 3:30 – 5:00 running @ BHS track
