Learn to Row – Indoor Sessions /
E-Z-P-Z Winter Conditioning

These sessions are intended to introduce you to the sport of rowing and prepare you for the transition to rowing on the water in the spring by learning:
- Basic Rowing terminology
- Parts of the erg (rowing machine) and boats
- Basic Rowing motions and mechanics of using indoor rowing machines
- General physical condition
This class is also for experienced rowers who want a non-competitive workout, but wish to maintain and build skill, strength, endurance and friendships.
DATES: Tuesdays / Thursdays, December 7 – February 12 (no class Dec. 28th and 30th). Come to 1, 2 or many sessions! Drop-ins Welcome!
TIME: 9-10am
LOCATION: Stan Pocock Legacy Rowing Center – Bainbridge Island Rowing, Waterfront Park. Access on Brien Drive
SKILL LEVEL: All welcome. New to rowing – experienced rowers, 18+
COST: $8 per session – First 2 rows FREE for new members
(+ one-time USRowing Membership $9.75 covers liability insurance)
