Your experience will take place at the Stan Pocock Rowing Center, home to a spacious, sun-drenched Great Room—perfect for offsite meetings and gatherings. With sweeping views of Waterfront Park and the harbor, it provides a serene backdrop for reflection, discussion, and team connection—whether indoors or out on the water.

Tiered Offerings:

  • Rowing Discovery (2-3 Hours): 
    1. Dive into rowing basics and teamwork dynamics.
    2. Hands-on water experience in our stable rowing barge, guided by expert coaches.
    3. Perfect for a quick team reset or a fun, energizing session.
  • Half-Day Row & Recharge (4-5 hours):
    1. Three-hour rowing team-building session
    2. Use of our Great Room for meetings or brainstorming sessions. 
    3. Optional catered lunch (pricing TBD).
  • Full-Day Rowing Retreat (7-8 hours): 
    1. Exclusive access to our facilities from 9:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM, with flexible later hours if needed.
    2. Morning or afternoon three-hour rowing experience.
    3. Use of our Great Room for meetings or brainstorming sessions. 
    4. Catered lunch.
