If you paid for seasonal unlimited rowing fees (Spring or Summer/Fall only), rowed on a punchcard, or did not row in 2025, you will need to pay for winter conditioning separately.

BIR offers coached group erg sessions 6 days a week at the boathouse plus a twice weekly member-led group fitness option.

+ Recess – Circuit Training
NEW for Winter 2025/26 – it’s Recess 2.0! Join your teammates on Tuesdays and Thursdays this November – February for small group circuit training. This series of exercises will increase your mobility, improve your balance, and better your understanding of how proper body dynamics can improve your rowing.
All registered adult rowers and seasonal erg-ers are welcome at these peer learning sessions that emphasize a safe and supportive team environment (uncoached).
*Punch cards are not charged for these sessions.
